Please note that annual dues are $35.00 Individual), $45 (Family) and $50 (Business). You will be sent payment options once you have registered.

Under Membership Type please put if you would like to become a full member or an associate member. Full membership meansthat MAFA is the only chapter you belong to, and gives you voting rights in MAFA. Associate membership means that you have joined or will join other FHANA chapters, and forego any voting rights in MAFA.
